Affirma LLC., (hereinafter, along with its affiliates, referred to as “Affirma”, the “Company”, “we”, or “us”), has created this privacy policy (the “Policy”) for affirma.com (the “Site”) and affiliated sites in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the information collected through this Site. We encourage you to read this Policy before using this Site. Your use of this Site constitutes acceptance of all terms of this Policy.

Company is in compliance with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We will not intentionally collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed at people who are at least 13 years old or older.
